Lidl shoppers 'repulsed' by what's in its new £3.29 Christmas dinner item

Supermarket giant Lidl isn't afraid to shy away when it comes to exciting and innovative new products.

As part of its Christmas food range, the retailer is offering all sorts of festive goodies - from camembert wreaths to delicious chocolates.

But shoppers think that one of its items may have gone a 'step too far' - and unsurprisingly, it contains sprouts.

Facebook page  Snack News & Reviews  shared a photo of Lidl’s new Brussels Sprouts, Stuffing, Brie and Cranberry Sauce pizza, which is priced at £3.29.

The post has attracted hundreds of shoppers, who have been quick to share their opinions on the pizza, reports the ECHO.

Among the comments, some users claimed they would “give it a go” while others it “sounds disgusting”.

One person wrote: “I have bought all of these. They’re ace!!” while a second added: “Yes yes and yes. Take my money now”.

A third said: “I would 1000% eat this”.

Another said: “Love sprouts but that's a step too far” and a third added: “It sounds disgusting”.

A fourth wrote: “If 2020 was a pizza!”

The Brussels Sprouts, Stuffing, Brie and Cranberry Sauce pizza is available now at Lidl for £3.29.
