Lidl shoppers excited about new £3.99 treat they "will not share"

Lidl has caused excitement among shoppers after one of its latest releases was shared online.

The bargain retailer has its fair share of popular products, particularly from its middle aisle, which often leave shoppers desperate to get their hands on them.

Now, a new Lidl item has been shared online - and shoppers are begging friends and family members to search their local shops for it.

Facebook page Newfoodsuk shared a photo of Lidl’s new Haagen-Dazs Cookie Dough Chip ice cream, which is priced at £3.99.

The tub is larger than a standard Haagen-Dazs or even Ben & Jerry’s tub, as shown in the photos above.

The post has attracted hundreds of shoppers, who have been quick to share their opinions on the new item.

Among the comments, shoppers praised the ice cream as “bloody marvellous” and “yummy”.

One person wrote: “I will not be sharing that…”.
