Lidl selling swimming pool as Met Office says temperatures due to soar to 24C across UK

It's due to be a hot weekend in the UK, with temperatures reaching mid-20s across the nation.

In Bristol the weather is due to reach 24C on Saturday, meaning plenty of people are bound to be planning barbecues in the back garden.

If you're looking for a way to cool off, though, Lidl may have the perfect solution.

The budget supermarket is diving headfirst into summer this week by selling a 12ft Steel Pro Swimming Pool for just £89.99 - 40 per cent off from its RRP of £149.95.

We could be set to enjoy the hottest day of the year so far this weekend, with temperatures in Bristol higher than Majorca.

People can transform the garden into a water wonderland this summer with this whopping 7,480 litre capacity pool.

It even comes with a filter pump, pool cover, pool surface skimmer, floating pool thermometer, chemical floater and repair patch, to make set up and maintenance a breeze.

The pool is due to hit stores on June 2 and will be available while stocks last, so aqua-enuthusiasts will have to be quick to bag this bargain.
