Lidl selling colour changing gin as it launches British Gin Festival

Gin is the nation's favourite tipple and one supermarket definitely embracing that fact is Lidl as it launches its very own festival dedicated to mother's ruin.

Just in time for the Bank Holiday weekend, Lidl has announced the launch of a new in-store British Craft Gin Festival - with prices starting at just £17.99.

The launch hits stores on Thursday, May 23, and will include ten premium craft gins from nine distilleries across the UK, with one of the big ones to look out for being one that changes colour!

The British Gin Festival will give shoppers across the UK the chance to celebrate the long weekend with a range of seasonal craft gins.

Highlights include the colour changing Harborough and Lavender & Rose Gin (40%) from England, the strikingly fruity Aber Falls Rhubarb & Ginger Gin (41.3%) from Wales and the fragrant and floral Strathearn Heather Rose Gin (40% )from Scotland.
