Lidl launches big deal on wine but it won't last long

Lidl is celebrating its 25th birthday with an irresistible offer for anyone who wants to stock up on wine for the summer.

From today (July 4) until July 10, the supermarket is offering 25 per cent off any six or more bottles of wine.

Customers will be offered the ability to mix and match from over 130 bottles across a range of award-winning wines from around the world.

The limited time offer includes Lidl’s entire core wine range as well as its premium collection The Wine Tour, which includes thirty seasonal bottles for summer sipping.

A spokesman for the supermarket said the offer will be subject to availablity.

"Whether it’s a bubbly Comte de Senneval Champagne Brut (£11.49), thirst quenching Nicoleta Organic Grenache Rosé (£4.99) or sumptuous Saint Emilion Grand Cru (£10.99), there’s plenty of choice to cater for all tastes at upcoming BBQs, summer events or planning ahead for Christmas entertaining with family and friends," he said.

"In store from Thursday (July 4) and subject to availability, join the celebrations while you can."
