Lidl launches bargain range of home gym and fitness equipment from £2.99

In lockdown part one back in March 2019, shops and online retailers were left out of stock of gym equipment for months as people rushed to stock up on kit for home workouts.

Now, as Scotland officially enters another national lockdown today Tuesday 5 January, gyms have been ordered to close until at least the end of January - so it's time to click on Joe Wicks and grab yourself some fitness equipment.

Fortunately bargain supermarket Lidl have come through with their latest 'Middle of Lidl' offering - a massive 23 item range of gym and fitness equipment with prices starting at less than £3 to help you 'feel the burn' at home.

Products for the perfect home workout include the Ab Trainer (£19.99) effective for toning, Kettlebells (4kg or 6kg £4.99) to help improve overall strength as well as a Resistance Band Set (£4.99) for a simple alternative to weight machines.

If you're firing up the Couch to 5K app again,Lidl have running gear covered - from Ladies’ Sports Hoodies ( £7.99) and Leggings (£6.99) to Mens’ Softshell Running Trousers (£7.99) and Trainers (£9.99).

Customers needn’t need to worry about cables getting in the way of their stride with Skullcandy True Wireless Headphones (£29.99, RRP £49.99).

Lidl’s home gym range and accessories will be in store from Thursday January 7 and customers will need to be fast to get their hands on the kit as it's expected to sell out quickly. See the full range here.
