Time is running out for parents to pick up last-minute back to school essentials ahead of the new year starting on August 11.

Lidl unveiled its back to school range on Thursday offering a twin pack of 100 per cent cotton school polo shirts (£1.75), a warm and durable cotton rich sweatshirt (50p), and either a pair of school trousers, shorts or a skirt (£1.75) for £4, reports BirminghamLive.
Shoppers can also pick up a 100 per cent cotton cardigan (£3.49), a twin pack of short-sleeved school shirts (£2.49) and a pinafore (£2.99).
PE lessons aren't a problem either as the affordable range also features a two-pack of sports shorts (£2.99), joggers (£2.99) and trainers (£5.99).
Lidl says the range is made from high-quality materials, meaning it’s built to last – from the first day of school to next year's summer holidays.
Lidl is also selling robust, leather school shoes in a variety of styles for £6.99.
And it’s not just clothing on offer, the popular supermarket also has a huge range of stationery supplies from classroom basics to arts and crafts - all from just 99p.
Must-haves include Maths and English workbooks (99p), pencil cases (£4.99) and stationery sets (£2.99).
Parents can also pick up lunchboxes, including a Harry Potter and Batman Style (£4.99).
