Lidl launch new Halloween range with food, fancy dress and a spooky projector for less than £10

The spooky season is just around the corner and despite lockdown restrictions Lidl is encouraging shoppers to get into the spirit of things - even if it is at home in your household bubble.

The budget supermarket has launched its ‘Monster Market’ and promises to give bargain hunters “mwahahaha for your money.”

Whether you’re looking for creepy Halloween costumes and decorations, pumpkins in all shapes and sizes or some devilishly delicious recipes, Lidl is doing its best to make sure Halloween is frighteningly fun for everyone this year.

One of the highlights of their collection is the Melinera LED Light Projector with Halloween and Christmas patterns and costs just £9.99.

The official online description states that it’s an “effortless way to decorate your outdoor space not just for Halloween but for Christmas too.”

Although it’s worth pointing out that it’s for sheltered outdoor use only.

The £9.99 gadget projects light decoration with rotating patterns and includes six interchangeable pattern slides for different seasons - Halloween, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

The Melinera LED Light Projector is only available in stores and expected to sell out fast.

Lidl have Halloween costumes for kids priced at just £4.99 each, these include several ‘gown’ costumes that just slip on.

There’s also felt masks to complete the outfits for just 99p, these come in several designs including Frankenstein, a bat, a cat, a pumpkin and a bandaged Mummy.

Lidl also have delicious deals on sweets, treats and cakes, including limited-edition Halloween cupcake platters, Mr Kipling terrifying Toffee Whirls and Fiendish Fancies.

There's even Halloween doughnuts from the instore bakery for just 35p each - if you use the Lidl app, which is free to download, you can claim one for free.
