Lidl is selling its own GoPro camera - and it's an absolute bargain

Move over David Attenborough, as now we can capture our very own footage of the natural world, thanks to Lidl 's latest tech deal.

The famously affordable supermarket has just announced that it's selling an action camera for a very decent £69.99 - a fraction of the price of a normal GoPro.

Boasting very similar specs to the GoPro Hero 7 - albeit with a very different price tag - the Hero 7 will set you back a much more pricey £279.99 , compared to Lidl's £70.

The Silvercrest 4K action camera shoots 4K videos up to 30 frames per second, and features a sleek 2” touchscreen and a 160° wide-angle lens with a 13 megapixel camera.

It’s even waterproof up to 30 metres – that’s a whole 20 metres more than the GoPro Hero 7.

The nifty gadget is set to launch in Lidl stores all around the country this Sunday (7th April), on a first come, first serve basis.

Argos is selling Philips Hue lightbulbs for £10 each - under one condition

Just like a GoPro, the Silvercrest 4K action camera also comes with a wide range of accessories for mounting on your helmet or other objects, as well as a replaceable Li-Ion battery.

It also fits USB, micro-HDMI and micro-USB connections, plus micro-SD cards up to 64GB.
