Lidl is now selling anti-snore pillows for less than £10

Believe it or not, National Stop Snoring Week is a genuine thing - and it's being marked this week in a very special way at Lidl.

The budget supermarket is about to start selling an anti-snore pillow, that it claims has been proved by science to work.

And the Mirror reports there's a massive discount on it - with the Silentnight Anti-Snore Pillow better than half price at the German supermarket.

When they tested one, they found it the best way to stop snoring they had found.

"The first night I used the pillow, all it did was give me a crick in my neck.

"However, not to be deterred, I tried again, using another pillow underneath to prop my head up. Success," mum of one Piper Terrett explained.

"Problem solved! Not bad for just £12. If only I’d tried this method first!"

And Lidl is selling the pillow for even less than Piper paid, at just £7.99 (down from £18.99 RRP).

"Ergonomically designed, hypoallergenic pillow gently supports your head and neck to encourage better body alignment and snore-free sleep," Lidl ecxplains, adding it's "Ideal for side or back sleepers."

The pillow has been tested by the British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association, who found it reduced snoring frequency and volume by approximately 50 per cent.

It is on sale now and Lidl confirmed it's only available while stocks last - so don't forget to set your alarm and head to your nearest branch.
