Lidl’s Deluxe Cowboy Steak is dry aged on the bone for 14 days and further matured to 21, ensuring that the meat has a deep and full flavour with unrivalled tenderness. Simply season generously with salt and pepper or your favourite steak flavouring and pan-grill either side et voila.
