It goes without saying that Glaswegians have a real fondness for Lidl, or 'Lidls' as plenty of us like to refer to it as.
And with a total of 20 of the supermarkets dotted in and around the city, wherever you live you aren't too far from one.
Now, as part of their future growth plans, the chain has published a wish list of new store locations across Scotland as it seeks to expand its porfolio - featuring 11 prospective locations in and around Glasgow.
The 'site requirements brochure' shows that Lidl are keen on opening new stores in Airdrie, Barrhead, Bellshill, Bishopbriggs, Clydebank, Cumbernauld, Milngavie, Drumchapel, Paisley South, Newton Mearns and Clarkston.
Where would you like to see a new store open?
For Lidl, the sites need to be prominent locations with easy access and strong pedestrian or traffic flow.
