Lidl has launched a gin-infused cheese just in time for Christmas

With Christmas right around the corner, cheese boards are starting to make an appearance.

And just in time, Lidl has launched a new gin infused dairy delight.

The new addition is part of their Deluxe Premium Truckles, which are available in supermarkets nationwide from December 12 and are at a bargain price of £1.99 each.

The Wensleydate is delicately infused with Lidl’s iconic Hortus gin and studded with dried fruit for a burst of sweetness in every bite.

The selection of truckles also includes a Christmas Tree Smoked Cheddar, made from blended cheddar smoked with Nordic pine.

Shaped like a Christmas tree in a forest green wax, it is the perfect cheese board centrepiece.

Lidl already have a selection of cheeses that are available to buy in store now.

These include the £1.49 Saint Agur, the £2.99 Deluxe Mature Blue Stilton, and the £3.29 Valley Spire British Cheese Selection.
