The following libraries will be opening late: AK Bell Library, Perth (1pm), Alyth Library (2pm), Auchterarder Library (2pm), Birnam Library (open from 6pm until 8pm), Blairgowrie Library (2pm), Breadalbane Library, Aberfeldy (1pm), Comrie Library (2pm), Coupar Angus Library (3pm), Loch Leven Library, Kinross (1.30pm), North Inch Library, Perth (1pm), Pitlochry Library (2pm), Scone Library (2pm) and Strathearn Library, Crieff (1.30pm).

And the archive and the local and family history department at AK Bell Library will not open until 1pm on Thursday.

Meanwhile Perth Museum and Art Gallery will open from 1pm.

The Fergusson Gallery in Perth and Alyth Museum are still closed for the winter months and are not due to reopen until the spring.
