Love Island ’s Liberty Poole called Sam Thompson psychic after he predicted she would land a clothing deal with In The Style.
The 22-year-old, who walked out of the villa just days before the final after breaking up with Jake Cornish, took to Instagram on Monday to announce she had teamed up with the online brand to create her own collection.
"Such a pinch me moment!! I am SO excited to announce I'm working exclusively with @inthestyle," she wrote, alongside a snap of her wearing a bright blue suit in front of a billboard with her name on.
"I've always loved In The Style and what they stand for with empowering women and being so inclusive, so I'm really excited to be working with the whole ITS team over the next few months!" Liberty added, before asking her followers to give her some ideas for her upcoming debut clothing line.
"I want to make sure everything I do is true to me and hopefully makes you all feel more confident IN THE STYLE you wear!" she wrote.
However, fans of the Made in Chelsea star were quick to tag him in the post, as he predicted Liberty would land a deal with the brand more than a month ago.
"Andddddd here it is @samthompsonuk," one wrote. "@samthompsonuk will be delighted to see this," another wrote. "@samthompsonuk you called it," a third added.
Sam regularly poked fun at this year's Islanders, sharing his thoughts with his followers as he watched the series over the summer.
On one of his Instagram Stories, written in August while watching Liberty having a heartfelt chat with her BFF Kaz as she prepared to leave the villa, Sam wrote: "I can smell the 'in the style' deal right now," he wrote, alongside laughing face emojis.
But Liberty was in on the joke, and she reshared his post after being tagged in it by one of her followers.
"What’s next for me mystic Sam," she quipped.
Love Island viewers even called for Sam to replace Laura Whitmore and host next year’s show, thanks to his funny posts on Instagram and TikTok.
He also created his own Love Island characters - Tyler, Amy, Jessica, and Tarquin - and donned a blonde week and dodgy accents as he mocked the Love Island contestants.
"Sam you should take Laura Whitmore’s place you would be a great host," wrote one, with another commenting: "Sam you need to be the new 2022 love island presenter."
