Liam Sutcliffe shares farewell message with Leeds Rhinos fans after Hull move confirmed

Liam Sutcliffe has shared a farewell message with Leeds Rhinos supporters after confirmation of his move to Hull FC. Sutcliffe will leave his hometown club at the end of the season to make the move to Hull, with the utility admitting his goal now is to sign off his time at Headingley in the best manner possible.

The player has agreed a long-term deal with the Black and Whites from 2023 onwards, ending weeks of speculation about his long-term future. He admitted it was strange to be admitting his time at the club he grew up dreaming of playing was soon to come to an end.

He said in a note on social media: "Well the news is out now, strange one to write but what a ride. Always wanted to play for my hometown club since I was a kid so to of (sic) been able to for so long has been class. Especially to of won a few trophies as well.
