Liam Payne has credited his model girlfriend Maya Henry with bringing back his happiness after his painful split from Cheryl.
The One Direction star, 26, has been dating the model, 19, since earlier this year, but only recently went public with the romance.
He has now shared a sweet picture of the couple smiling and cuddling, and opened up about how much she means to him.
Liam even thanked her for helping him to start smiling again after a turbulent few years in which he split from Cheryl, the mother of his son Bear, two.
In a post on Instagram , Liam wrote: "Sometimes I don’t recognise this happy guy... sure glad you brought him back though."
He went on to thank colleagues at his record label for supporting his latest solo efforts before turning his attention back to Maya.
The pop star added: "Not least this one @maya_henry for always keeping the biggest smile on my face through all the stress and making me realise how perfect my life really is...
"Love you all let’s stack this s**t up."
Liam and Maya, daughter of a wealthy Texan lawyer Thomas J. Henry, were first linked last summer just weeks after he ended things with Cheryl.
The singer only recently went public with the romance, and explained he has nothign to hide.
Speaking on Capital FM's breakfast show, he explained: "I’m just past the point where I’m bothered about whether or not… it’s not worth my happiness.
"I’d rather just go out and do what I want. I don’t really care any more. I’ve got nothing to hide so it’s fine."
