Liam Payne says he's 'part Terminator' as he shows off insane body transformation

Liam Payne says he's 'part Terminator' as he showcased his insane body transformation.

The 28-year-old singer revealed the results of his gym workouts, as he posted the thirst trap selfies on his Instagram Stories.

Posing in just his shorts, with his underwear poking out of the top, Liam confessed he was recovering from a “big night” as he shared the smouldering photo.

“When you’ve had a big night but you’re part Terminator… the day goes on,” he captioned the cheeky snap.

He then shared a before and after picture, showing him in the early days of One Direction, compared to his ripped physique now.

“Christ above I’ll never live those shorts down and lord the toothbrush come on young Payno help me out,” Liam joked.

He then suggested he was slightly under the influence of a few too many tipples, as his next post on his Stories read: “New rules… Never drink and pose, or rather drink and post, I dunno you figure it out.”

Liam then posed in a pair of wraparound style shades, as he joked he resembled another famous movie character.

“Also probably the new Robocop, coming to a cinema never,” he wrote.

The former One Direction singer has been flashing his abs regularly, even taking to the stage during tour dates in the US shirtless, which is no doubt impressing his fans.

Liam overhauled his diet last year, after becoming “disappointed” with how he looked during his performance at the star-studded BAFTAs in 2021.

“I was eating badly and describing it as a bulking period - ‘I’m doing it for a movie role! It’s all good!’ That’s the best excuse if anyone asks if you’ve put on weight. Say it’s for a role, coming out 2022,” he joked.

“I put a lot of weight on. What got me, I did one performance on TV with the Baftas and I was disappointed with myself. I didn’t look how I wanted to look,” Liam explained during The Diary of a CEO podcast interview.

The Strip That Down hitmaker said he realised “I’ve let myself go”, as he said the camera “definitely” added 10 pounds.

“In your own self you know how you feel about it,” Liam added.

He then quit booze for a month, as he realised he had been drinking “earlier and earlier” during lockdown.

“I did worry up until the last few months. I think a lot of people had this same sort of thing, alcohol. It was getting earlier and earlier and easier and easier to go to,” Liam explained.
