The high neck frock tightly hugged the star's trim waist and accentuated her curves.
Maya, who appeared to have gone underwear free, finished her look with a pair of black heels.
The bombshell wore her tresses in an elegant updo and accentuated her beauty with a dusting of makeup.
Her appearance in the red dress comes a day after she was seen leaving the Messika show at The Ritz hotel, Paris on Sunday.
She oozed style in a sleek jumpsuit, a pair of black sandals and black bag for her outing during fashion week in the city.
Maya and her One Direction beau Liam Payne confirmed they had rekindled their romance last month when they were seen enjoying a 4am stroll through St. Tropez after attending a luxury yacht party.
It was announced in June that the two went their separate ways.
Liam is said to have 'won back' his former fiancée Maya with a 'romantic gesture', Mail Online reported.
Their getaway to St Tropez comes a few days after it was reported that he won her back during a string of low-key dates.

And the insider also claimed that the couple are still planning on getting married next year.
Liam and Maya were even pictured together in Buckinghamshire in late July.
A few weeks before that, the singer posted a few cryptic messages about love, regret and Maya onto his Instagram.
In one rambling Instagram story, he wrote: “Don't let someone go if you really want to love them even if you have to learn to love them through your own mistakes let your instinct tell you that you need them and keep them close we are always running out of time we never gain it."
In the next story, he added: “F**k Me I'm Wise”, before tagging Maya and illustrating the plain black background with an emoji of praying hands.
