The stunning model, 20, was spied wearing the very flashy ring at date hotspot Novikov on Thursday.
They proved their romance wasn't rocky as new reports suggest the couple have decided to tie the knot.
For months, the couple have kept their romance pretty low-key within the celebrity circles.
They appeared to make their engagement public as Maya flaunted a dazzling ring in new pictures obtained by MailOnline.

Their love story spans back years but they went public with their romance in August of last year.
The pair had previously kept their romance a secret from others.
In the public eye, they first courted notice in August 2018 when Liam had a very public split from his long-term love Cheryl.
They faced split rumours earlier this year in February after they took their relationship off social media.
Always Liam has spoken highly of his love Maya as he hailed her as his best friend.
He told MTV news in October last year: "Honestly with love, I think you don't really understand it until it gives you that sting, it took a long time for me.
"Something really hurt me and it kind of made me appreciate love and people a lot more, for the longest time, living such an exposed life made dating really hard.

Liam previously had a high-profile romance with Cheryl.
They raise their son Bear together and amicably co-parent as exes.
In recent months, the former One Direction singer gushed over "special lady" and ex Cheryl for helping him raise his son.
He wrote on Instagram: "Double special day today thanks to 2 very special ladies and a very special little man... Happy Mother's Day mum and Cheryl.
