Liam Payne announces album signing at HMV Newcastle but you'll need a wristband to get in

Liam Payne has announced he will sign copies of his debut album in Newcastle.

Cheryl's famous ex, who she has son Bear with, will arrive on Tyneside next week for a signing at HMV in Newcastle on the day that his first alum LP1 launches.

Liam of course shot to fame on The X Factor, where Cheryl was a judge at the time, being put into One Direction, alongside Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson.

And while 1D didn't win the show that year, with victory instead going to Matt Cardle, they went onto be a worldwide phenomenon, thanks to hit single like What Makes You Beautiful, Little Things and Best Song Ever and albums like Up All Night, Take Me Home and Midnight Memories.

Since going solo Liam has enjoyed chart success with tracks like Strip That Down, Familiar, Polaroid and , all of which are on LP1, alongside his recently released festive track All I Want For Christmas.

Liam will be at HMV in Eldon Square at 4pm on Friday, December 6. Entry is by wristband only, with album and wristband bundles available to pre-order via the HMV website.

A CD and wristband will set you back £10.99; LP and wristband £20.99 and HMV exclusive wristband and wristband £24.99.

Albums and wristbands can be collected from HMV on the day itself. Photography restrictions may apply and that all events are subject to change or cancellation at short notice.
