Liam Gallagher support act for Why Me Why Not tour coming to Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena

Liam Gallagher is bringing his Why Me? Why Not? tour to Liverpool this week and many people are wondering who his support act will be.

The former Oasis front man is on an 11 date tour of the UK, which includes dates in London and Nottingham.

The tour is named after his new album, with Liam expected to perform a mixture of recent hits and Oasis classics.

Liam has already appeared on stage in Newcastle and Glasgow, with his setlist including For What It’s Worth and Wall of Glass, along with Wonderwall, Columbia and Rock n Roll star.

Before he takes to the stage at the M&S Bank Arena, fans will be entertained by two support acts.

The Illicits, a four piece band from Blackburn, will perform first shortly after 7pm, followed by Birkenhead-born singer and Last Shadow Puppets star Miles Kane, whose songs include Coup de Grace and the recently released Blame It On The Summertime.
