Liam Gallagher says it's a 'p*** take' in apology to man who had wee thrown over him at gig

Liam Gallagher has apologised to one of his concert-goers after a fan spoke out about his disgusting encounter while attending one of the singer's gig.

The former Oasis frontman, 47, took to Twitter on Thursday evening to publicly reach out to Stephen Bermingham after hearing of his trauma during his concert this week.

According to Wales Online , Stephen was hit by a pint of urine during Gallagher's concert at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff on Monday.

Liam responded to the claims online by branding it a "p*** take" and shared his apology with his 3.2 million followers.

He wrote: "I'd like to apologise to the guy who had wee thrown over him at the Cardiff gig that's a proper p*** take that no need c’mon you know LG."

Stephen, from Dinas Powys, initially thought the crowd were throwing pints of beer on Monday night but then soon realised it was actually urine.

He claimed to be standing five rows from the front of the crowd when he was hit with a plastic cup and its contents.

The man said of the incident: "When I moved back I realised they were actually throwing their wee. By the time I got home I stunk, I wanted to burn my clothes they smelt that bad."

Following Liam's apology to the concert goer, a number of fans commented on his Tweet.

One user questioned: "What would you do if somebody did something like that to you??"

Liam quipped back with a hilarious response: "I’ve had plenty of p*** thrown at me trust me."

Meanwhile, another follower questioned: "What’s the craziest thing anybody’s thrown at you when you’re on stage?"

The rockstar dropped the bombshell the weirdest thing he's had thrown at him is a kettle.

He added: "I mean who the f*** brings a kettle to a gig some strange brews out there kid."

Liam's apology comes just a day after it was revealed the rock and roll star plans to vote for the Green Party in the upcoming election next month.

The Oasis lads famously backed Labour in 1997 but Liam seems to have decided to throw his support behind a different cause.

Speaking to the Mirror as he backed our climate edition, Liam said: "I’m voting for the Green Party. The rest of them are all selfish and clueless."
