Liam Gallagher's savage response to Jeremy Kyle's invitation to resolve Noel feud

Liam Gallagher is well known for his fiery ways and he was quick to savagely put down Jeremy Kyle, after he offered to act as mediator between him and brother Noel.

The Gallagher brothers are well known for their feuds and arguments, with Oasis splitting for good in 2009 after years of bickering.

Liam has previously said he would be keen to bury the hatchet with Noel - but it's safe to say he didn't think Jeremy Kyle would be the best person to help the pair make-up - reports the Manchester Evening News.

Liam, 47, revealed the moment that he was asked by Kyle to address their long-standing differences and said: “Jeremy Kyle offered to put me on his show, ‘Come on the show, you and your brother’. Aye, right, you couldn’t sort a f***ing packet of crisps out.”

And with Jeremy's controversial talk show now axed, it looks almost certain he'll never get the chance to help the Gallaghers out.

This revelation comes after Liam branded Noel, 52, an “embarrassment to the family” after his elder sibling slagged off young Oasis fans.

In an interview with Guitar.com, the High Flying Birds frontman said: “The thing is, there’s a generation now, between 15 and 18 years old, that have just got into the Oasis thing.

“They’ve never heard most of what I’ve done, that’s for sure. But really, they have no idea what was going on before.

“So for those little p****s, I’ll take great pleasure in ruining their days.”

Liam was livid with Noel’s comments, and tweeted: “For someone who honestly and I mean HONESTLY thinks he’s the Paul McCartney of his generation is seriously deluded. Imagine Macca saying all new Beatle fans are p**cks sorry rkid you need more than a year off you are an embarrassment to the family LG x”

Liam also told Mojo he once turned down Strictly because “the hips aren’t what they used to be”.

He was approached by the BBC dancing show shortly after the band split.

He also declined I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, which he dismissed as a f***ing sh***y little TV show”.
