Liam Gallagher has seemingly confirmed Oasis will reunite this year in a teasing Twitter post.
The singer, 48, has previously hinted at the band getting back together, but nothing has ever come of it.
But this time, he insisted "it's gonna happen" as he replied to one eager fan in his social media comments.
Iconic band Oasis split in 2009 after Liam publicly fell out with his older brother Noel, 53, following a huge rift.
After more than a decade apart, Liam has excited their fans with the latest update as a young fan begged him to "bring Oasis back".
They wrote to the rockstar: "I need you to give me hope that Oasis will come back. Please, I'm 19 years old. I want to live that concert."
In response, he wrote: "It's gonna happen," but didn't give any other details about when fans can expect it to happen.
Liam's response also attracted attention from others, with some stating they were "crying" over the news.
The announcement comes after the Gallagher brothers could be putting an end to their bitter feud.
Liam penned a note to his brother saying: "I love you and this is our year" as he wants to sweep the past under the carpet and move on.
Noel is yet to respond to his younger brother and his attempt to put it all behind them.
Putting his pride aside, Liam wrote to his sibling on Twitter: "HNY Noel love you long time 2021 is our year c'mon you know LG x".
