Liam Gallagher announces UK tour and there's a Welsh date

Liam Gallagher has announced a massive UK arena tour and he's coming to Wales.

The former Oasis frontman, who also released new track The River today, is set to tour the country later this year, with 11 dates planned for November.

Cardiff will be the first stop on his month-long tour, with the singer performing at the capital's Motorpoint Arena.

He's due to play here on Monday, November 11, 2019.

The tour comes after his latest album, Why Me? Why Not? , which is set to be released on September 20.

How to get tickets

Tickets to Liam's tour go on sale this month.

They'll be available from Friday, July 12 at 9am.

Fans who pre-order  Why Me? Why Not? from Liam’s official store will receive access to an exclusive pre-sale for tour tickets.

The pre-sale opens at 9am on Wednesday, July 10 and continues until the general sale commences at  9am on Friday, July 12.

Tickets will be available from LiveNation .
