Liam Gallagher aims dig at Liverpool after West Ham loss in Premier League title race

Oasis star Liam Gallagher has once again poked fun at Liverpool on social media.

The Reds lost their first game of the season in their 3-2 Premier League defeat to West Ham on Sunday evening.

Jurgen Klopp’s side had previously gone 25 games unbeaten in all competitions prior to the trip to the capital, but that record was ended at the London Stadium.

Defeat for Liverpool leaves them four points behind leaders Chelsea and one adrift of Manchester City in second.

RATINGS: 'Had an absolute stinker' Liverpool's players ranked in West Ham defeat

IAN DOYLE: 'Jurgen Klopp faces a growing problem that could end Liverpool title hopes'

Gallagher, who is renowned for being a Man City as well as giving his honest views on social media, did so against during and after Liverpool’s defeat.

Shortly after West Ham opened the scoring with an Alisson Becker own goal, Gallagher posted a tweet saying: “C’mon you Hammers”.

He didn’t stop there, with his next tweet coming after Pablo Fornals restored West Ham’s lead after a Trent Alexander-Arnold free-kick.

Gallagher simply wrote: “Bubbles,” referencing the song ‘I’m forever blowing bubbles’ which is played before every West Ham home match.

Then at full-time when Liverpool’s defeat was confirmed, Gallagher posted a third and final tweet.

Rather than using any words, Gallagher just posted a link to a Youtube video of the ‘I’m forever blowing bubbles’ song.
