Liam Cooper reveals the hardest working player in the Leeds United squad

Leeds United skipper Liam Cooper has been raising spirits in these unprecedented times.

With no football owing to the coronavirus outbreak and a suspension of all matches, Leeds fans have been starved of seeing their side for over a month now.

But Whites' captain Cooper has helped bring some cheer by taking part in a Q&A with supporters on the club's Facebook page.

The 28-year-old answered a range of questions, varying from favourite teammates, which squad member would win a royal rumble and who is the funniest.

Among the more serious posers given to Cooper was 'Which player was hardest working?'.

And Cooper was quick to single out one of his teammates in particular.

"Probably Forsh (Adam Forshaw)," Cooper said.

"He loves the gym, and getting through his programme.

"We all have set programmes but he's probably the one who cracks on with it and does even more.

"Me and him are probably the first in every day. We get in about 8.30am and he's usually in the gym by 9am.

"He's quick with his breakfast and does everything properly.

"He's a great example for young lads coming through.

"He trains well and is a great lad. I think he'll definitely get back ahead of scheduled because of the mindset he has."
