Marcelo Bielsa has been forced into a change at the back for tonight's clash against Aston Villa after Liam Cooper lost his fitness battle and again misses out for Leeds United.
The Whites skipper was named in the starting line-up on Monday night against Wolverhampton Wanderers, but pulled out of the warm-up and will not be risked tonight. Kalvin Phillips also out as he begins a spell on the sidelines with a shoulder injury that he picked up in the 1-0 defeat to Wolves.
Coming into the team is Gjanni Alioski, which indicates a defensive reshuffle from Bielsa.
Luke Ayling is set to move into the middle of the defence to partner Robin Koch, with Stuart Dallas likely to move to right-back and Alioski taking up the left-back position.
Pascal Struijk will deputise for Phillips in midfield, with Mateusz Klich and Rodrigo continuing in their central positions. Helder Costa and Jack Harrison will again operate out wide, with Patrick Bamford leading the line.
That means deadline day Raphinha, who came off the bench to make his debut on Monday night is again among the substitutes, as is Pablo Hernandez who returned from injury when he was introduced in the second half of the defeat to Wolves.
A win would see Leeds move up to third place in the early Premier League table ahead of the rest of this weekend's fixtures, but they face a Villa side that have won all four of their league games so far this term.
