West Belfast footballer Barry Baggley is up for the LFE (League Football Education) Goal of the Month award.
The competition features eight of the best strikes by apprentices from across the English Academy leagues.
Northern Ireland Under-17 international Baggley scored a stunning free-kick for Fleetwood Town in an Under 18 match against Preston North End.
He scored two free-kicks in the game, two absolute 'worldlies' as the Fleetwood Twitter account described them.
Baggley is one of eight players short-listed for the top goal award.
