A man has died following a stabbing at a southeast London chicken shop.
The Metropolitan Police said two men suffered head injuries and stab wounds following a fight at the premises on Downham Way, Lewisham on Friday night.
A murder investigation has now been launched after one of the men, 34, died in hospital on Saturday.
Police said a second man, 51, was released from hospital following treatment and initially arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH). He has since been arrested on suspicion of murder.
Two other men, aged 40 and 46, who were detained at the scene on suspicion of GBH, have also been further arrested on suspicion of murder.
All three have been taken to south London police stations where they remain for questioning, police said.
Police said the victim's next of kin have been informed and a post-mortem examination is due to take place on 15 September at Greenwich mortuary.
The death is the 103rd homicide in London so far this year and comes after a man in his mid-20s was fatally stabbed at Camden High Street on Thursday.
A Met Police spokesman said: "Police were called at around 11.55pm on Friday September 13 to a fight in a chicken shop in Downham Way, Grove Park.
"Officers attended and found two men suffering stab and head injuries.''
Police said inquiries into the full circumstances around the incident continue.
Detectives from specialist crime command have been informed and will be investigating working closely with police in Lewisham, Met Police said.
