Lewis Morgan Celtic exit hint as Inter Miami agree terms for mystery winger

Inter Miami have dropped a massive hint they're on the verge of signing Lewis Morgan , as they confirm personal talks are ongoing for "an international winger".

The 23-year-old was given permission to fly back from Celtic 's warm weather training camp in Dubai to negotiate with the new Major League Soccer franchise, which is part-owned by David Beckham .

As a new team Miami had first and third picks in yesterday's SuperDraft, but sporting director Paul McDonough also spoke about potential signings from outside of the U.S.

Each team in the league is allowed up to three Designated Players (DPs) who can exceed the salary cap, and Miami still have two spaces available.

McDonough told the official MLS website: "We have significant international players still to sign.

"We have an international winger that we’ve got agreed, we’re doing personal terms with.

"We have a DP striker that we’ve agreed [a fee] with the club, trying to see if we can get personal terms done.

"We have midfielders we’re trying to secure and one or two centre-backs."

Given that Morgan has been capped twice by Scotland it's likely that he is who was being referred to.
