Lewis Capaldi is getting in shape for lockdown release – on a Peleton exercise bike.
The 23-year-old singer, who is isolating at home in Glasgow, has splashed out on the £2000 cycle.
He is using it in home spin classes in a bid to get "washboard abs."
Lewis said: "I've just bought a Peloton, the thing you do spin classes on.
"When I finish my quarantine exercising and we're back into the world, I'm going to walk around with my top off all the time drenched in baby oil. My abs are going to be glistening."
He previously blamed veganism for weight gain as he substituted meat and veg for pizza and chips. However, he is now back to eating meat.
Lewis, who suffered a panic attack at the Grammy Awards earlier this year, admitted he has been feeling "pretty bad" during
lockdown, adding: "It's a very strange time."
He said: "I kind of feel like there is no end in sight at the minute. My anxiety is quite high but we soldier on."
However, he thrilled his fans last night when he
live-streamed a show from his parents' house in Bathgate, West Lothian
The gig was set up to raise money for mental health charity Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).
He said: "Absolutely buzzing to be raising money for the incredible CALM, who are doing amazing things for mental health in the UK and beyond."
Lewis also admitted he wants to go house-hunting in Los Angeles.
He said: "I was supposed to be in LA in the first week of April to write the album before touring with Niall Horan. I love LA. I'd love to potentially have a place there some day."
