A Kilmarnock band will be supporting Scottish superstar Lewis Capaldi on his European tour this year.
Scots Rockers Fatherson have been invited to join Capaldi as they head to Germany, Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
The band posted on their Facebook to let fans know about the exciting news.
They said: "We're chuffed to be invited out on tour with Lewis Capaldi at the start of next month, hitting some of our favourite spots in Europe!"
The three-piece band of Ross, Marc and Greg from Kilmarnock are going from success to success.
All three of the group went to Loanhead Primary and Kilmarnock Academy together.
They were originally called Energy! but their manager decided the name didn’t suit – so they racked their brains to change it.
It was their album producer who came up with the name Father Son – but they decided to make it one word so they were easier to search for online.
