Lewis Capaldi has been forced to say sorry to Tennent's after Tweeting a picture of him enjoying a can of Carlsberg.
The Someone You Loved star earlier in the day Tweeted out a photo of him on stage, while drinking the Danish lager, commenting: "‘Ye havin a good night mate, aye?’"
Tennent's quickly responded with three sick emojis, prompting the apology from the Bathgate singer-songwriter: "They didn’t have any backstage you’ll always be my number one."
Understandably, Capaldi's Tweet and the Tennents' response has since gone viral.
Last month, the TRNSMT headliner was pictured behind the bar in Glasgow's Slouch, pouring a pint of Tennent's for punters.
Yet, Buckfast was Lewis' drink of choice at a TRNSMT after-party, as he joined festivalgoers in the legendary Cathouse, necking a bottle of the infamous Buckie.
