Lewis Capaldi issued the perfect response to a bizarre tweet about his AMA's red carpet appearence.
The West Lothian superstar laughed at a social media post which appeared to make a point of not lavishing any praise on his light-hearted showing in front of the snappers at the American Music Awards.
The 24-year-old struck what's apparently called a cherub pose, a squat and some "over-the-shoulder" looks.
Capaldi's photo was posted by @PopCraveMusic alongside Dua Lipa, Maluma and Jennifer Lopez who had all just been met with complements. However it didn't seem to bother the good-humoured Scot too much.

The Scots superstar didn't win any of the awards he was up for, but he did treat viewers to a brilliant performance of hit single 'Before You Go'.
Capaldi previously spoke of his "joy" at performing at the AMA's for the first time in his career – in his usual style.
He told Radio.com: ""I am fizzing with joy, as you can probably tell, to be performing at the American Music Awards. It's nice it's good. There's a lot of good stuff on. Look, you've got loads of great people performing.
"Machine Gun Kelly, all the rest of them, Doja Cat, Billie Eilish...everyone's playing, right? So I'm thinking, you're gonna need a point in the show where you go 'I need to pee'. Right?
"I'm here to provide the American public with a chance to go 'I'm going to shoot off and empty myself real quick'."
