Scots singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi has posted a hilarious 'fame won't change me' video for his Instagram followers.
In it, Capaldi makes over-the-top statements about his 'overnight success' and his 'global phenomenon' status before saying 'it won't change me'.
The video is made even more hilarious by Capaldi recording the whole thing 'taps aff.
The the deadpan wit that fans have come to expect, Capaldi says: "It means the world to be a global phenomenon. A global phenomenon, that's what I am. I guess you could ask, what does that mean?"

Saying he "wont' let it change him" he goes on to reveal his generosity to fans looking for ways to emulate his success, while he's "stepping over them, to get into the back of his Rolls-Royce".
He says: "I think to myself, while they're being tackled to the floor by one of my bodyguards, I think, you've just got to stay humble. Stay humble, stay hungry."
He the says: "When my assistant comes in the room, as I'm hurling a glass bottle at their head, I just think, 'Thanks God my parents raised me right.'"
Capaldi's single 'Someone you loved' is currently number one in the UK charts.
