Lewis Capaldi hilariously films himself buying counterfeit merchandise from seller outside gig

People can't get enough of Lewis Capaldi on social media and he's only gone and cracked everyone up - once again.

The notoriously self-deprecating singer from Bathgate shot to fame with his single "Someone you Love"

But this didn't stop him confronting a bootleg seller that was flogging knock-off merchandise outside the SWG3 at his gig in Glasgow.

However, instead of giving the seller a hard time, 22-year-old Capaldi bought one of the fake tees for himself (we hope he got discount).

He even tweeted a photo to his 319k followers with a picture of his new buys, writing: "Heard there were boys selling fake merch outside my gig for the first time so I went and bought some to mark the occasion."

His photo was a massive hit, racking up more than 34 thousand likes and hundreds of comments from amused fans.

Edinburgh Live have previously spoken about the many reasons you NEED to see Lewis Capaldi live and his sense of humour is definitely one of them.

Tickets for his upcoming arena tour go on sale this Friday (April 26) at 9am from the Ticketmaster website here .
