Lewis Capaldi gives thumbs up to new Glasgow dog spa 'spritzer sprays' inspired by his album

Lewis Capaldi has given two thumbs up to a brand new Glasgow dog spa that has released dog spritzer sprays in honour of the singer.

K9 Design has created the limited edition Divinely Uninspired Dog Spritzer Sprays - to celebrate the release of Lewis's debut album Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent.

They will be available as 'his or hers' sprays for one day only when the spa launches its new Baillieston premises on Saturday, May 18.

Also included in the grooming boxes will be dog bandanas covered in Lewis Capaldi's face that have been specially made for the K9 Design.

And it looks like the venture has got the seal of approval from the man himself.

Lewis took to his Instagram stories to sing the praises of the venture - and have a wee joke as well, of course.

He said: "Haha this is f****** class. People keep sending me screenshots of a few local businesses up in Scotland doing things to celebrate the album release next week."

However - make no mistake. Lewis may be happy for you to make dog grooming products inspired by him...but he's still a very, very serious musician.

K9 Design, which will open at 3 Glasgow Road, is promising to give Glasgow pets the most luxurious treatment imaginable.

The business, who already have an established premises in Parkhead, will offer 30 to 40 different dog shampoos, many different treatment packages and even doggie prosecco.

And if it's not enough incentive to get a Lewis Capaldi-inspired grooming kit, the launch on May 18 will also feature celebrity appearances from Sharon Rooney and Tom Urie.
