Lewis Capaldi announces new UK tour including Motorpoint Arena concert in Nottingham

UK singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi is set to perform at Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena next year. Capaldi, who made his eagerly-awaited return last month and returned to the top of the UK singles chart with ‘Forget Me’, will be performing at the arena on Friday, January 27, 2023.

The Scottish singing sensation today announces his brand new record Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent, out May 19, 2023 on EMI Records. It is the follow up to his debut, Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent, which was the biggest selling UK album of both 2019 and 2020.

It's almost two years since the Scottish singer-songwriter had released his debut. Breakthrough single 'Someone You Loved' was a seven-week Number One and the biggest selling single in the UK that year. also reached the top of the Billboard charts in the US, and was nominated for a Grammy.

He will now take to the road next year for a full arena headline tour across the UK and Europe, with pre-sale tickets available to order on October 26, and general sale on October 28. As well as Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena, Capaldi will be appearing in such places as Manchester, Munich and Stockholm.
