The Whitburn-born singer-songwriter placed fourth on their list, beating out noted fashionistas such as Maya Jama, Poppy Delevingne and Olly Murs.
As reported by the Daily Record, the magazine's fashion gurus praised his "casual" forest green jacket and black trousers.
Sienna Miller placed first on Cosmopolitan's best-dressed list, wearing a blue and white Ralph Lauren shirt and trouser set, followed by Jessie J and Laura Whitmore.
The 'Someone You Loved' hitmaker was spotted at Wimbledon's Centre Court on Tuesday watching the women's quarter-finals, where pictures show him chatting with presenter and comedian Jack Whitehall.

Benedict Cumberbatch and Laura Whitmore were also spotted at the event, which saw future champion Ash Barty defeat Ajla Tomljanović for a place in the semi-finals.
Capaldi made headlines earlier this year after announcing that he was taking a break from social media to fully devote time to his upcoming second studio album.
Before his Wimbledon day out, he was also spotted in the crowd at Hampden Park supporting Scotland in their Euro 2020 match against Croatia.
