Agents marketing new warehouse and trade counter units being built in Derby have already secured tenants for some of the buildings.
Work on Crown Park, in Parcel Terrace, off Uttoxeter Old Road, began this summer after Derby City Council gave the development the green light.
The new development by CWC Group will eventually comprise six industrial/trade counter/warehouse units ranging in size from 2,500 sq ft to 7,700 sq ft, available individually or in combination.
The units are being built speculatively - but sole agents FHP Property Consultants has reported that it has already agreed terms for lettings of two of the units.
Tim Richardson, from FHP, said: “We’re really pleased to announce that we have agreed terms for lettings of two of the units already which is an excellent start as work on site has only just began.
"Unit sizes remaining are 4,426 sq ft, 5,059 sq ft and 7,700 sq ft, available individually or in combination.
“Units are offered either to buy the freehold, or alternatively to let and will be situated within a managed landscaped fenced and gated estate.
“Our clients, CWC Group, are one of the largest developers in the region and have built out many high quality schemes over the years both in Derby and across the country.

The entire development is due to be completed by March.
