Let your iPhone take you to Congleton

Word of another local newspaper involving itself in the paid-for online revolution, this one perhaps a little nearer the barricades: the Congleton Chronicle has got itself an iPhone app. It's an Exact Editions job that offers taster content, with a £2.39 30-day subscription to read the whole paper. Good news, as Exact Editions say, for "members of the far-flung Congleton diaspora".
