An 80s throwback party is coming to Glasgow this Hogmanay.
Let's Go Back To The 80s is taking over at Argyle St Arches on December 31 with a nostalgia-infused soundtrack of Madonna, Prince and David Bowie.
You'll also get to enjoy an eye-popping visual stage and lights show, performances from nitro dancers and a live set from The Miss Madonna and Bosco, Rob Mason & JP on the decks.
Organisers said: "From the decadent New Romantic pop of the Blitz Club to the tough Belgian Newbeat sound, via Italo disco, cutting edge electro, Ron Hardy's Music Box Chicago and the mutant disco coming out of New York's Paradise Garage, the era was full of classic records and we're going to be squeezing as much of it into four hours as is humanly possible."
Ticket holders can expect everything from Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Grace Jones, Erasure, and Prince to Madonna, Talking Heads, The Human League and the Pet Shop Boys - with extended 12" mixes of big hits running into deep cuts of lesser-known gems.
