Do we really need to find out election results instantly?
No one is sworn into office the next day.
Now that we know that foreign governments interfere with the results of our elections, we need to rethink electronic voting. Paper ballots were slowly counted by hand for generations. Some tampering was done with that system, but I believe the problems were at local polling places.
That pales in comparison with what is happening now.
I would rather wait a couple of days for the results and know that my vote and others were counted. More people would go to the polls to vote if the media did not start counting the votes before the polls are even closed.

Is Trump really who you want representing us?
There is one truly meaningful question the American people, especially undecided voters, should ask themselves about having Donald Trump as their president: Is this the person you want representing your country?
As a concerned senior citizen who tries to be objective, my own answer is a loud no for so many reasons that all add up to this: Trump is a disgrace.
To be fair, another politician is equally disgraceful, Trump’s Senate enabler Mitch McConnell.

‘Drain the swamp’ once and for all
We do not need tax records of millionaires who became politicians. We need tax records of politicians who became millionaires!
We all know the problems President Donald Trump had in mind when he talked about “draining the swamp”: politicians who collect campaign funds for personal use, corrupt lobbyists and special interest groups, and under-the-table dealings that both benefit Democrats and Republicans.
To spend all this time and taxpayer money promoting the impeachment of Trump shows how desperate the politicians are to keep things as they are instead of working on real problems for the people.
Time to clean house and drain the swamp.
