The Australian War Memorial commemorated Remembrance Day with a nationally televised ceremony on Wednesday, as a private service was held in Sydney at Martin Place.
Australians remembered those killed and maimed in World War II differently in 2020, mostly still kept apart by the coronavirus pandemic.
