Lest We Forget is a trio of poignant reflections on war, choreographed by seminal artist Paul Taylor, Ma Cong and Helpmann-award winner Natalie Weir.

Paul Taylor’s piece, Company B, recalls the turbulent 1940s when the US was drawn into war, through the hit songs of the Andrews Sisters. War often intensifies passion and strengthens the human resolve to embrace a full life.

Inspired by Phillip Glass’s The Hours Suite, Ma Cong’s In the Best Moments is a meditation on human relationships across three movements. Natalie Weir’s We Who Are Left is inspired by poetry from the first world war, and recalls personal stories of separation, loss, fear, pride and bravery.
