Less than 34,000 get the vaccine jab at 2,400 centres across MP

BHOPAL: Only 33,836 Covid-19 vaccine doses were administered in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday, as per the health bulletin released by the directorate of health services.

With these doses being administered on Sunday, a total of 6.39 crore vaccine doses have been administered in Madhya Pradesh so far.

Among the districts where maximum doses were administered on Sunday include Morena district where 8,915 doses were administered, followed by Datia district where 3,634 doses were administered. In Panna district, 2,238 doses were administered while in Gwalior district, 2,232 doses of the vaccine were administered, as per the health department data.

Vaccination was carried out at less vaccination centres across the state on Sunday. It is now being carried out on all days and it was done at around 2,400 government vaccination centres on Saturday compared to more than 4,000 centres on Friday.
