Avengers: Endgame opened Thursday night across the United States, and Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy was among the millions of fans who flocked to theaters to see the end of the epic Marvel saga. There has been a major campaign leading up to the film’s release encouraging people to refrain from sharing spoilers on social media – but McCoy apparently didn’t get the memo. McCoy, who saw the movie with his son, shared a major, major plot point on his Twitter account, which we will not embed here. As of Friday evening, McCoy still had not deleted his tweets, and many Twitter users are irate.
ESPN fantasy expert Matthew Berry responded to seeing the spoilers by burying McCoy with unflattering stats.
Some Twitter users are asking for the NFL to ban McCoy from the league.
