NEW YORK _ Despite insisting on his innocence, disgraced former CBS boss Les Moonves reportedly destroyed evidence to throw off his network's investigators.
A lawyer described Moonves as "evasive and untruthful at times and to have deliberately lied about and minimized the extent of his sexual misconduct," according to their internal report, acquired by The New York Times.
Investigators also discovered more allegations against Moonves in their interviews with female employees at CBS.
At least four women reportedly gave him oral sex "under circumstances that sound transactional and improper to the extent that there was no hint of any relationship, romance, or reciprocity (especially given what we know about his history of more or less forced oral sex with women with whom he has no ongoing relationship)," according to the report.
Multiple witnesses also told investigators about a network employee who was "on call" to perform oral sex on Moonves.
The woman did not respond to a request for an interview from the investigators, but Moonves confirmed the oral sex and called it consensual, according to the Times.
Moonves, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by more than a dozen women, has denied all allegations of non-consensual sex.
He resigned in September.
Moonves and CBS are still negotiating a $120 million payout as part of his salary, but the results will be partially dependent on the outcome of an external probe into his conduct at the network. The latest report appears to make the exit package more unlikely.
